Donald MacDonald
Head of group customer analytics and decisioning at OCBC Bank, Donald MacDonald oversees the bank’s data-driven and direct marketing activities, customer analytics and overall CRM architecture across Asia. MacDonald is also a member of OCBC’s consumer division management committee, and has 15 years of international experience in customer analytics within the financial sector. He is responsible for substantially lifting the profit and loss contribution from direct marketing by re-engineering the bank’s analytical marketing and CRM capabilities. Dr. Kirti Jain
Dr. Kirti Jain is Head of Risk & Decision Management for American Express’ global network services in Japan, Asia Pacific & Australia. With American Express for last 10 years, he has worked in multiple roles in Risk Management, Data Analytics, Marketing and Information Management. In his current role at Amex, Kirti is responsible for providing consulting services to bank partners and card issuers alike, developing and driving card portfolio strategies as well as identifying new growth opportunities by leveraging decision management and analytics. Before joining Amex, he has worked in GE Card Services and consulting organisations. |

Yorgos Moschovis
Yorgos Moschovis is currently head of business intelligence and analytics for SingTel’s consumer marketing division. He has had a hand in all aspects of direct and analytical marketing for more than 20 years. From modelling and data mining to campaign management and optimisation, his role in both consulting and line management span 5 different industries over 8 countries. Prior to SingTel, Moschovis was at OCBC as vice president of regional analytics development, a function that aimed at spreading the use of analytics to other OCBC geographies and Great Eastern. Before that, he was with Unica and had provided CRM advice for companies such as Siam Commercial Bank, AmBank, HDFC Bank, AXA, China Mobile, Digi, Vodafone, and AIS. |
